Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Practices: all GPs willing to be trained in reattribution, patients with medically unexplained symptoms for 3 months or more (June 2006: previously the inclusion criteria stated 6 months or more)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years 2. Refuse consent to data collection 3. Already receiving treatment for medically unexplained symptoms 4. Definite physical pathology that explains presenting physical symptoms
