Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers, male or female 2. Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 3. Capable of providing written informed consent 4. Not pregnant or subject to medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Involved in dietary control 2. Obese/very low body weight 3. Hypercholesterolemic 4. Taking dietary fatty acid supplements
