Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Need for specialized trauma care (vascular surgery, neurosurgery or thoracic surgery) and/or severe trauma (defined by an ISS >15).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years
