Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with at least one child aged under 6 years 2. No psychiatric symptoms and medication histories at the time of intervention 3. Able to use Zoom at home
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with psychiatric symptoms and medication histories at the time of intervention
