Inclusion criteria: First year nursing or midwifery students at the University of York.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to give consent 2. Term 1 diagnostic numeracy test score unavailable

MeasureTime frame
Students score on the end of year numeracy test (VLE) plus six additional questions relating specifically to medication dosage calculations, at 6 months from the beginning of the intervention.
