Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Daily step count before and after knee replacement surgery measured using retrospective data collected from consumer wearable devices and iPhones at continuous timepoints over an 18-month observation window from 6 months before knee replacement surgery to 12 months after knee replacement surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Daily physical activity metrics, such as moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA), sedentary behaviour, heart rate, walking speed, distance travelled, activity duration, and cadence, measured using retrospective data collected from consumer wearable devices at continuous timepoints over an 18-month observation window from 6 months before knee replacement surgery to 12 months after knee replacement surgery
