Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers giving informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any abnormalities in their baseline screening echocardiographic examination 2. Heavy caffeine consumers (>200 mg/day) 3. Smoke >5 cigarettes/day 4. Low BMI (30 kg/m²) 5. Acute infection
