Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years of age 2. Normal lung function 3. Negative methacholine challenge (no bronchial hyper-reactivity)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent upper respiratory infection (10 pack/year history 10. History of anaphylaxis or known allergy to lignocaine/midazolam/methacholine
