Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preliminary inclusion criteria for parents are as follows: 1. Over the age of 18 2. No known diagnosed mental health issues 3. Ability to speak and understand English 4. Parent/primary caregiver of at least 1 young person accessing mental health services

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent and/or any involvement in other research that is likely to interfere with the intervention (determined by the researcher) 2. Adolescent mothers 3. Parents or guardians in cases where the child/young person is being treated under a section of the Mental Health Act
