Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Psychogeriatric patients (65+) with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and functional-psychiatric symptoms. Eligibility criteria: 1. Mini Mental State Examination: scores >18 - 3 positive items 3. Barthel-index (Activities of Daily Living): scores >5 - <19 4. Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-IV) classification of dementia, delirium excluded
