Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females 40 to 75 years of age 2. Have a high risk of developing type two diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer 2. Recent myocardial infarction or stroke 3. Cognitive impairment 4. Substance abuse 5. Pregnancy 6. A previous type two diabetes diagnosis
