Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 - 65 years (either sex) 2. Diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorder (including OCD) or personality disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular pathology 2. Uncontrolled hypertension 3. Liver disease 4. Renal failure

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Height, weight, body mass index (BMI), and central (visceral) obesity using waist circumference, measured at baseline, 3 months and 6 months follow-up.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical and functional outcomes will be assessed using the Core Assessment and Outcomes Package, measured at baseline, 3 months and 6 months follow-up.
