Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Tetralogy undergoing radical surgery 2. Less than 14 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tetralogy with pulmonary atresia 2. Emergency surgery 3. Palliative surgery
