Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years 2. Diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer, meeting at least one of the following staging criteria: cT1–2N1–3M0 cT3–4N0M0 cT3–4aN1–3M0 cT3–4bN0–3M0 3. Scheduled for or recovering from gastrectomy (partial or total) followed by adjuvant chemotherapy 4. Able to provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate 5. Adequate communication ability to complete questionnaires and participate in the interventio

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with another primary malignant tumour (non-gastric cancer) 2. Patients with severe cancer cachexia (late-stage wasting syndrome) 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 4. Patients unable to participate due to serious medical, cognitive, or psychological conditions preventing completion of the intervention or questionnaires 5. Patients who decline to participate or withdraw consent
