65 Years to 88 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years 2. Hospitalised in the department of geriatrics 3. Adequate communication abilities to cooperate with surveys and related assessments 4. Provision of written informed consent and voluntary participation 5. Expected survival time >6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage disease with an expected survival time =6 months 2. Acute and critical conditions 3. Severe dementia or severe disability precluding completion of the assessments
