Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 patients: 1. Confirmed pleural malignancy 2. Recurrent symptomatic pleural effusion 3. Aged 18-85 40 control patients, same criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous pleurodesis
