Participating communities are randomly allocated to one of four groups, who each receive different components of the AGEP intervention or no intervention (control).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female 2. Between the ages of 10-19 at baseline 3. Living in selected clusters of the intervention or control arms 4. Socio-economically vulnerable 5. Never married at baseline
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling or unable to provide informed consent 2. Had guardians who were unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
