Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents to newborn infants, cared for in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Umea University Hospital and who are geographically belonging to a Community Hospital in the county of Norrbotten, Sweden and will be back transferred. Both male and female infants are eligible, and there are no age limits for the parents.

MeasureTime frame
A questionnaire will be distributed to the parents at discharge from the community hospital. Outcomes that will be recorded: (graded on Visual Analogue Scale [VAS]) concerning parents' perception on: 1. Treatment (nursing care at the community hospital) 2. Quality of information 3. Psychological preparation before transport

MeasureTime frame
The following will be assessed within the survey parents receive at discharge: 1. Consistent infant-feeding routines at the two hospitals 2. Consistent information on the back transport
