Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All families presenting to primary care with concerns over the child?s weight will be eligible to partake in the study, if children are between the ages of 5 and 18 years 2. Male and female participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Due to the nature of the intervention, families who are not able to read and understand English will not be eligible for inclusion in the trial. 2. Children already under primary or secondary care for weight management
