Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60–74 years (currently eligible for the Northern Ireland Bowel Cancer Screening Programme). 2. Registered with a postal address within the 10 most socio-economically deprived wards in Northern Ireland (as defined by PHA Health Intelligence analysis). 3. Classified as a “never responder” — defined as having previously been invited for bowel screening at least once and never having returned a completed test. 4. Eligible to receive a routine screening invitation during the study period. No additional distinguishing clinical characteristics are required, as this is embedded within routine population screening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previously diagnosed bowel cancer
