Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) grade 0 or I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with TIMI grade II or III in the IRA or multi-vessel disease will be excluded.
