Inclusion criteria: 1. Both males and females, greater than 18 years of age 2. Primary and secondary impingement

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post-surgical 2. Rheumatic arthritis 3. Cervical radicular syndromes 4. Ruptures 5. Less than 18 years of age 6. Congenital 7. Traumatic 8. Instability
