1. All participants receive a pre-pregnancy home visit by a Midwife/Community Health Nurse to discuss the prior pregnancy, the birth and postpartum experience.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who had one child, close to 6 months old, and were resident in one of the participating local government areas were recruited through their Maternal and Child Health Nurse (universal state-wide service)
