Inclusion criteria: All students studying medicine, undergraduate or graduate entry level programmes at University College Dublin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-English speaker 2. Aged under 18 years 3. Medical conditions: epilepsy, pre-existing binocular vision disturbances, psychiatric disorders, heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions
