Inclusion criteria: 1. Peri-operative patient 2. Age over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years old 2. Pregnant 3. Neuromuscular disease 4. Other systemic diseases induced ineligibility for surgery 5. Impaired cognitive functions 6.Refuse to enroll
