Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI between 28 and 35 kg/m² 2. Commitment to maintaining their usual dietary habits and physical activity levels throughout the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Lactation 3. History of serious medical conditions such as cancer 4. Known allergies to turmeric or any component of the test product 5. Use of medications or dietary supplements that could impact body weight or metabolic function
