Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The participant is willing and able to give informed consent for participation in the study 2. Male or female, aged 18 years or above 3. With chronic kidney diseases (including diabetic kidney disease) attending outpatient clinics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable to understand, read and write English 2. Unable to consent for any other reason
