35 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study includes male and female participants aged 35–60 years 2. Participants have no medical history of metabolic syndrome 3. Participants are classified as overweight based on body fat percentage measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) 3.1. Body fat percentage exceeds 37 percent in women 3.2. Body fat percentage exceeds 25 percent in men 4. Organ fat volume is greater than 12 percent of total body fat 5. Recruitment is independent of plasma lipid profiles 6. Recruitment is independent of fatty liver diagnosis 7. Recruitment is independent of plasma insulin concentrations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be excluded if they have any form of diabetes 2. Participants will be excluded if they have hypertension, defined as blood pressure greater than 130/90 mmHg 3. Participants will be excluded if they are taking any medications for diabetes, hypertension, or weight management 4. Additional exclusion criteria include a medical history of degenerative neurological conditions 5. Additional exclusion criteria include cognitive impairment 6. Additional exclusion criteria include major mental health disorders: 6.1. Schizophrenia 6.2. Severe depression 6.3. Anxiety
