Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (=18 years) 2. Healthy volunteers without known chronic disease 3. Able to provide written informed consent 4. Comply with the study procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent surgery within 3 months 2. Current medications affecting autonomic function 3. Any condition preventing safe participation or valid HRV measurement
