Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled in college or university 2. High risk of IGD 3. Between the ages of 19 and 24 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of psychosis, intellectual disabilities (intelligence quotient of 70 or less), or risk of suicidal attempts
