Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male aged =18 years 2. Current or newly recruited FC member in the North County Dublin venue as of the beginning of the intervention 3. Have completed the physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) 4. Provided written consent
