Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in routine university physical education courses 2. Assigned to one stable study PE class for the semester 3. Able and willing to complete weekly study assessments during baseline, intervention, and follow-up phases 4. Provided written informed consent before baseline assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who were not full-time undergraduates or were not enrolled in the routine university physical education course during the study semester 2. Students who did not provide informed consent 3. Students who were unable to participate in routine physical education classes because of health reasons or university physical education regulations 4. Students who were expected to miss baseline assessment or a substantial part of the intervention period
