Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 55 years old 2. HbA1c level >70 mmol/mol at the time of inclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ongoing severe depression 2. Eating disorder 3. Severe mental illness 4. Alcohol or substance abuse 5. Severe diabetes complication
