Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 19-51 years 2. BMI of less than 40kg/m2 3. Provision of written informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic disease/condition 2. Pregnancy or lactation 3. No dietary supplement consumption

1. Appetite is measured using VAS questionnaires and subjective questionnaires at baseline and 7 days 2. Exercise habits are measured using surveys designed for the purpose of this study at baseline and 7 days
