Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No evidence of chronic or acute illness in the month preceding potential enrollment 2. Age between 7 and 9 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major congenital abnormalities 2. Illness or chronic use of medication 3. Musculoskeletal, neurological disorder and/or a medication therapy that could alter postural stability and cardiorespiratory function 4. Attending fewer than 80 % of the physical education classes
