Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years of age, either sex 2. Significant DSM-IV congurent generalized anxiety symptoms (GAD-7 =10)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Currently in face-to-face counselling for anxiety
