Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years of age, either sex 2. Significant DSM-IV congurent generalized anxiety symptoms (GAD-7 =10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently in face-to-face counselling for anxiety

Anxiety symptoms: Generalized Anxiety Disorder ? 7 Items (GAD-7) measured at baseline and at the end of treatment, week 6 and at follow-up, week 12 (3-months) and week 24 (6-months).
