Interventions

Objectives 1. To evaluate the acceptability of supplementation of Manucol LD in healthy subjects for 28 days. 2. To explore the benefit of Manucol LD on bifidobacteria.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male or female participants aged 18 years or above 2. In the opinion of the investigator, capable of complying with the study requirements and completing the study 3. Willing and able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a current or previous history of gastrointestinal disease will not be eligible to take part in the study.
