20 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20–64 years 2. Swedish-speaking 3. Diagnosed with ADHD (any presentation) 4. Gainfully employed as main occupation; working at least 50% of full time 5. Elevated symptoms on at least one of the following at screening: 5.1. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) =20 and/or 5.2. Karolinska Exhaustion Disorder Scale (KEDS) =19 and/or 5.3. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) =10 and/or 5.4. Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) =5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 score >19) 2. Suicidality (PHQ-9 item 9 score >1) 3. Concurrent psychological treatment, or planned psychological treatment within the next 3 months 4. Initiation or dose change of psychotropic medication within the past month, or planned initiation or dose change within the next 3 months
