Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both partners must be at least 18 years of age 2. Partners must be in a romantic relationship with each other and live together for at least 6 months 3. Both partners must be physically active for less than 150 minutes per week 4. Both partners must have the intention to be more physically active 5. Both partners must have a smartphone that they use regularly 6. Both partners must speak German fluently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe health conditions that pose a risk for participation when being physically active
