Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 35 years of age, 2. Clinically stable and having the ability to give consent. 3. Self-reporting mental health difficulties of longer than one year in duration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of organic impairment (including IQ 5-minute duration, 2. Drug or alcohol dependent.
