Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Aged 60-75 years 3. Have normal cognitive ability and cognitive impairment as indicated by Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) of <21 4. Not participating in other exercise intervention
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any diseases associated with the nervous system 2. Have diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, peripheral vascular diseases, implanted electrical devices, non-ambulatory status and presence of systemic inflammatory arthritis 3. Have vestibular dysfunction
