Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents of a nursing home aged 65 years or older 2. Able to communicate in Turkish 3. Able to provide written informed consent 4. Cognitively able to participate in the intervention and complete the study questionnaires 5. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate 2. Severe hearing/vision loss 3. Advanced cognitive decline 4. Acute/chronic physical illness severely limiting mobility 5. Psychotic symptoms or untreated serious mental disorder 6. Being away from the institution during the study period (e.g., surgery, family visits)
