Mental and Behavioural Disorders: Hyperventilation syndrome Mental and Behavioural Disorders Somatoform autonomic dysfunction

Interventions

24 subjects will be diagnosed with hyperventilation syndrome. They will then be randomised into 2 groups and given acupuncture and breathing exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with hyperventilation syndrome and referred for physiotherapy by a respiratory physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Does not meet inclusion criteria
