Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >5 COppm 2. Active smoking status 3. Expressed intention to quit using ENDS-device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active pregnancy status 2. Exhibition of acute florid mental health or substance use-related issues

At weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12: 1. Self-reported number of cigarettes smoked daily 2. Total COppm using a carbon monoxide breath analyzer 3. Nicotine Dependence measured by Fagerstrom score 4. Mood and Physical Symptom Scale
