Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged over 65 resident in participating care homes Target Gender: Male & Female; Lower Age Limit 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Residents approaching end of life (within three months) or in receipt of palliative care (as advised by care home staff) 2. Residents unwilling to provide informed consent 3. Residents lacking capacity to consent to recruitment, for whom a consultee declaration for participation cannot be obtained 4. Residents with an advance decision or statement against participation in research
