Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or above 2. Independent in activities of daily living 3. Experiencing social isolation or lack of social support
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed with a mental disorder or cognitive impairment
