Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children/young person aged 4-16 who are treatment planned for a DGA with radiographs (must have both BW and OPT) taken at the time of consultation 2. The child/young person lives with a parent/guardian who can consent, this adult needs to be present at the time of child recruitment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who are not able to tolerate intra-oral photographs 2. Children in care who do not live with someone who can consent for them 3. Unable to gain translation services for participants spoken language
