Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older 2. Provided informed consent 3. Participants eligible regardless of whether they had a formal eating disorder diagnosis or self-reported eating-related problem 4. Completion of at least 80% of the Mindful Self-Compassion course 5. Participation in one of the two 8-week course cohorts

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years 2. Completion of less than 80% of the Mindful Self-Compassion course
