Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with high blood pressure from the Juntendo University Department of General Medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complications rendering them unsuitable for exercise, such as cardiovascular disease and cerebral vascular disease 2. Patients on newly prescribed antihypertensive drugs or who were administered anti-hypertensives later 3. Unable to balance on one leg
