Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent 2. People who are currently smoking at least 15 cigarettes a day and have done for a minimum of 3 years 3. Are at least 18 years of age, either sex 4. Are not motivated to quit smoking in the next month but do wish to cut down the number of cigarettes they do smoke
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contra-indicated for moderate physical activity 2. Have an injury or illness that might be exacerbated by exercise 3. Pregnant
